Before you rent
Driving license: A driver must hold a license for at least two years. Minimum age: 21. For drivers between age 21 and 26 there is a compulsory Young Driver’s Fee accordingly to valid price list available in Office.
Cars of group L: driver must be at least 26 years old.

Methods of Payment
All major credit cards authorized by 3T Bled: Diners Club, American Express, Euro-card/MasterCard, Visa.

Rental rates
The minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours). Additional half of hour (0-29 minute) is free of charge. For more than half an hour (30 minutes plus) an extra day is charged. Rates are exclusive of petrol. For cars not returned with a full tank the customer will be charged for petrol or diesel fuel accordingly to valid price list available in Office.
For lost documents, keys or plate number the customer will be charged accordingly to valid price list available in Office.
Reservations: Can be confirmed only for a car groups, not for a specific type of car. The reservation must be cancelled 24 hours before.
Rental, otherwise the cancellation fee for groups G, H, I, J, K, L, R,W will be charged accordingly to valid price list available in Office.

Delivery / Collection Service
Free delivery within city limits (20 km circle from office) during working hours. If the site of delivery is more than 20 km away from office during working hours delivery fee will be charged accordingly to valid price list available in Office.
Delivery/collection charges up to/from office out of working hours will be charged accordingly to valid price list available in Office.
Return to not agreed location will be charged accordingly to valid price list available in Office.

Insurance
Third Party Liability
All cars are provided with third party liability coverage. The insurance company covers the damage caused by our car to other people's property up to limit set by law per accidental event and up to the limit set by law per accidental event in case of physical injury or death.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
In case of an accidental event the customer has to repay 3T Bled all the damage on the car. Regardless of CDW being taken or included, the amounts (deductibles) will be charged in case of damage to the vehicle accordingly to valid price list available in Office.
In case of accident/damage customer must call a Police, call toll free HERTZ SLO number, present EU traffic accident report and return car key and documents.

Theft Protection (TP)
In case of the eventual theft of a car or its components, the customer shall indemnify 3T Bled for all resulting damages. TP is an optional service which, if accepted, lowers the renters responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle due to theft, attempted theft or vandalism (inc.parts and accessories). Regardless of TP being taken or included, the amounts (deductibles) will be charged accordingly to valid price list available in Office.
In case of Theft, customer must present a Police report, his own statement and return car key and docu-ments. Where TP is declined, the renter will be responsible for the value of the car.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Personal accident insurance will be charged accordingly to valid price list available in Office.

Drop off fee (One Way Rental)
   1. National one way rentals are available with no additional charge.
   2. Return to not agreed location will be charged accordingly to valid price list available in Office.
   3. The cost of returning the vehicle abroad depends on the returning site of the vehicle (special con-ditions available in Office).
   4. Crossborder driving will be charged accordingly to valid price list available in Office.

Highway and motorway tolls in Slovenija
Effective of 1.7.2008 all vehicles traveling on Slovenian Highways and Motorways are required by law to display a valid "highway sticker" to confirm the payment of the toll. All Slovenian vehicles are automatically equipped with those stickers.
The cost of this toll is covered with TOLL Fee which will be charged to every customer who is renting a car in Slovenija accordingly to valid price list available in Office.

Winter equipment
Due to a slovenian road legislation, Winterisation fee will apply each year from 15.11. until 15.3. accordingly to valid price list available in Office.
